Shipping & Returns

 

 In the United States:

  • Flat Rate (Standard) Shipping: Arrives in 3-4 business days after
  • Fulfillment. Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days after
  • Fulfillment. Overnight Shipping: Arrives the next business day after fulfillment

 

For International Orders: 

  • Flat Rate (Standard) Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-20 business days after fulfillment.
  • Standard DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Canada only. Arrives in 3-5 business days after fulfillment.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days after fulfillment

 

Returns:

All products shipped out include a return address for your convenience.
If you decide to return a product, it will be sent back to us. We'll hold it in temporary returns for 28 days at no charge. During this period, you can update the shipping address, with shipping costs to be covered by you. Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are determined to be our error will be covered at our expense.

If a customer provides an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable), you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
